	IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARIES 2009/2010 Open nights - A chance for family and friends to sit in and watch a normal class in progress, if possible please avoid bringing babies/toddlers who may distract the younger pupils from their lessons. MONDAY 23RD MARCH - MISS GEMMAS 4.45-5.30 BABY CLASS OPEN NIGHT, HELD IN THE MAIN HALL. WEDNESDAY 25TH MARCH - MISS GEMMAS 4.30-5.15 BABY CLASS OPEN NIGHT, HELD IN THE MAIN HALL (Please note that parents will not be able to sit in to watch the tap class due to the size of the drama room). FRIDAY 27TH MARCH - MISS DAWNS CLASS 2, 4.30-5.15 OPEN NIGHT, HELD IN THE MAIN HALL (Please note that parents will not be able to sit in to watch the tap classes due to the size of the drama room). MONDAY 30TH MARCH - MISS DAWN & MISS MELISSAS OPEN NIGHT. CLASS 3 DANCE 4.30-5.25, SINGING/DRAMA 5.30-6.00. SENIOR GIRLS SINGING/DRAMA 6.00-7.00. SUNDAY 10TH MAY - B.A.T.D "FUN DAY OF DANCE" (THIS YEAR THE GIRLS WILL GET WORKSHOPS IN CHEERLEADING AND MUSICAL THEATRE) MORE DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN NEARER THE DATE, VENUE, TIMES, AGE RESTRICTIONS ETC. SATURDAY 6TH AND SUNDAY 7TH JUNE - B.A.T.D BALLET, TAP AND JAZZ EXAMS AT ALL SAINTS SCHOOL, MORE DETAILS WILL BE GIVEN NEARER THE DATE. WEDNESDAY 1ST APRIL - MISS DAWNS OPEN NIGHT - CLASSES 1, 4 & 5 ALL AT USUAL TIMES. (4.45- 5.30, 5.30-6.30 and 6.30-7.30) (Please note that parents will not be able to sit in to watch the tap class due to the size of the drama room). FRIDAY 20TH NOVEMBER AND SATURDAY 21ST NOVEMBER - SHOW AT ARC WITH CLASSES 1, 2, 3, 4 AND 5 (PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP IF YOUR CHILD IS UNAVAILABLE ON EITHER OF THESE DATES). CLASSES NORMALLY HELD ON THIS FRIDAY NIGHT WILL BE HELD INSTEAD ON THURSDAY 19TH NOVEMBER FROM 4.30-6.45 (TAP 2 AND 3 WILL MERGE) AT BARLEYFIELDS SCHOOL. SATURDAY 5TH AND 6TH DECEMBER - BABY SHOW AT EGGLESCLIFFE COMMUNITY CENTRE TO INCLUDE A FEW SONGS AND DANCES PERFORMED BY SOME OF OUR OLDER STUDENTS. ******************************************************************* HOLIDAY REMINDER BREAK UP 3RD APRIL BACK 20TH APRIL BREAK UP 22ND MAY BACK 1ST JUNE BREAK UP 17TH JULY BACK 3RD AUGUST BREAK UP 28TH AUGUST BACK 7TH SEPTEMBER BREAK UP 23RD OCTOBER BACK 2ND NOVEMBER BREAK UP 18TH DECEMBER BACK 4TH JANUARY 2010 ************************************************* FEE REMINDER** Dates for 2009 - Weeks commencing: 9th March, 20th April, 18th May, 22nd June, 3rd August, 7th September, 5th October, 9th November and 7th December (NB: Only 2 weeks fees due on this last payment). Please be reminded that cheques are only taken if payment is made within 2 weeks of the due date.
